RETURN POLICY

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original shrink wrapped packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

ORDER: Items available for purchase through our online store are listed as "Order" items. This means the products are ready for purchase and will be processed according to the terms outlined below.

  1. Payment Terms

    • Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email, which includes a link to view your order status. The status will remain "Pending" until the order is processed for shipment.

  2. Order Cancellations

    • Cancellation of orders is not allowed once payment has been submitted. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us at info@safety-meeting.com.

  3. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

    • Other than Pre-Orders, Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information. Delivery is estimated to take 2 - 8 business days depending on location and carrier.

  4. Non-Transferable Orders

    • Orders are non-transferable. All orders will ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form.

  5. Shipping Outside the USA

    • At this time, we only ship to customers in the United States. For customers outside the U.S., please contact info@safety-meeting.com for special ordering instructions.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Flat Rate Shipping

    • We charge a flat shipping rate of $4 plus an additional fee of $1.25 for each additional physical product. This rate applies to most orders, regardless of size or quantity.

  2. Large Orders & Bulk Shipments

    • For large or bulk order quantities, additional shipping fees may apply. If your order requires special handling, you will be notified before your order is processed.

  3. Shipping Carrier & Delivery Times

    • Once your order is processed, it will ship using a standard shipping carrier. Delivery typically occurs within 2 - 8 business days, depending on your location.

  4. Shipping Notifications

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
